The patented Aimpoint TwistMount enables the Aimpoint 3XMag magnifier to be used with any Aimpoint or Eotech red dot sight. The Aimpoint TwistMount instantly turns the Aimpoint red dot sight into a 3X scope. The Aimpoint TwistMount can be used to mount other 30mm optics such as Aimpoint red dot sights.

The Aimpoint TwistMount can be used with the Aimpoint Co-witness Spacer to enable co-witnessing of iron sights in the bottom 1:3 of the Aimpoint magnifier’s sight picture.

The Aimpoint TwistMount Base can be purchased separaterly to enable the Aimpoint magnifier to be swapped between weapons as required. The Aimpoint TwistMount and 3XMag are currently serving with the US Army in Afghanistan paired with the Micro T-1 red dot sight, making a very compact and effective sight combination for short to intermediate ranges.
