Talley Rings – Tactical, Review

Talley rings - tactical

Talley rings are precision-machined from a single billet of high strength 7075 T-6 aluminum to ensure perfect alignment. 7075 T-6 is 40% stronger than the 6000 series typically used by other manufacturers. They are hard anodized black for corrosion and abrasion protection. The Talley tactical rings have dual recoil lugs to ensure they won’t move even when subjected to immense recoil forces. The top ring is secured by four heavy-duty Allen head screws to ensure the scope will not move in the rings if correctly torqued. A Locking bar, heavy-duty 303 stainless steel crossbolt and oversized, ½” hex nuts secure the Talley rings to any MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail. The Talley mounts have their rings and bases individually serial numbered to ensure that you return the right cap to each ring when you take them off. Talley scope mounts are available in 1″ and 30mm and low, medium and high format. Talley rings are 1.9″ (5cm) wide, .665″ (16.8mm)  and thick. Heights measured from top of base to center of ring: Low – 1″ (2.5cm); Medium – 1.125″ (2.8cm); High – 1.275 (3.2cm).
