The Nikon M-223 2-8X32 scope is mid way between being a full on CQB sight and a long range sniper scope. It covers the spectrum of engagement for the 55 grain .223 round out to 600 yards. The Nikon M223 2-8X32 features Return to Zero in both versions. The M-223 Nikon scope comes with a choice of BDC or Nikoplex reticles, the latter with Nikon’s Rapid Action Turret Technology. Both have dial in adjustments to 600 yards. Light transmission is an amazing 95%. Eye relief on the 223 Nikon is a constant 4″ regardless of magnification. Focus and zoom are extremely smooth. The Nikon M223 is water and shock proof and nitrogen filled to prevent fogging. The scope has a one piece 1″ tube for immense strength. The M223 has a 1″ tube and is given a very durable matte black anodized finish. This is the ideal, dedicated, multipurpose 223 scope. Weight is approximately 13.4 oz., and length 11.5″.
